The process is deliberately simple: tell us what the vehicle is doing, we inspect and diagnose, you get a written quote with the work itemised, and nothing extra happens without you approving it first. If we find something while the vehicle is apart, you get a phone call, not a surprise on the invoice.
It sounds like a contradiction, but the overlap is real. A lot of what gets reported as a vague mechanical complaint — a noise, a vibration, a pull, uneven tyre wear, poor braking feel — is actually a chassis, steering or suspension problem. A workshop that lives in that area every day identifies those faster and stops replacing the wrong components.
The reverse is also true: suspension that is being asked to work around worn brakes, tired bushes or incorrect tyre pressures will never feel right no matter what is fitted. Being able to look at the whole vehicle is the point.
We are handy to the northern and north-eastern corridor and regularly look after vehicles from Malaga, Wangara, Balcatta, Morley, Midland, Osborne Park and the Perth CBD. Malaga's industrial location makes it an easy drop-off on the way through, and being in the trade belt means plenty of our work is trade utes, fleets and touring rigs.

Yes. Under Australian Consumer Law a new vehicle's warranty is not voided simply because an independent workshop services it, provided the service follows the manufacturer's schedule and uses parts and fluids of the correct specification. That is how we do logbook servicing, and we record and stamp the book.
